Seacoast Mental Health Center in Exeter, NH is seeking an Outreach Specialist/Case Manager to join the Adult Services team. You will coordinate services, provide direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and preferably one year of field experience; must have strong written and verbal communication and a clean driving record. CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
