We’re looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Tow & Recovery Driver who knows how to operate serious equipment, communicate with Dispatch, stay calm under pressure, and get the job done safely and professionally.

Every assignment starts with Dispatch.

What happens next depends on the driver.

You’ll assess the situation, understand what equipment is needed, plan the move, communicate throughout the call, take care of the customer, and make sure the job is completed properly.

FROM DISPATCH → TO RECOVERY → TO COMPLETION

We need drivers who can own the call.

What You’ll Do

Provide professional heavy-duty towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistance

Complete scheduled towing, transport, pickup, and delivery assignments

Safely operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehicles

Work closely with Dispatch to coordinate calls, routes, timing, equipment, and job requirements

Respond to customer concerns with a calm, professional, solutions-first approach

Perform required DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and required weekly documentation

Navigate efficiently using GPS, maps, route planning, and written or verbal instructions

Follow applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures

Follow proper accident and incident procedures when necessary

Protect Company Trucks, Equipment, Merchandise, And Other Assets

Complete towing and delivery documentation accurately through Towbook

Properly handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials when required

Keep your assigned truck clean, professional, and ready to roll

Report mechanical and equipment problems to management immediately

Complete dispatch and administrative paperwork accurately and on time

Assist with additional towing, transport, and recovery needs as assigned
