Location:
Exeter, PA
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule:
Mon―Thurs, Noon – 10:30 p.m.
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth.
What’s in It for You- Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
- Sign‑On Bonus: $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous active full‑time employment
- Product Handling:
Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery - Inbound Processing:
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations - Loading & Unloading:
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently - Equipment Operation:
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) - Inventory Accuracy:
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step - Team
Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success - Clean & Safe Workplace:
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols - Flexibility:
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
- 18years of age or older
- Ability to lift products up to 75lbs consistently
- Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders
- Ability to work at heights up to 30feet without issue
- Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
- Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (preferred, but not required)
