Role Overview
Warehouse Associate – Receiving
Location:
Exeter, PA
· Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
- Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step.
- Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs. consistently.
- Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse.
- Forklift operator or other pallet jack/industrial truck equipment experience (preferred, not required).
