• As a Residential Advisor, be the heartbeat of the dorm community, mentoring, motivating, and guiding young adults (ages 16–24) as they build brighter futures through education and career training.
• Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive living space.
• Leading by example—setting the tone for responsibility and growth.
• Coaching students through life skills, conflict resolution, and personal development.
• Keeping dorm operations running smoothly with checks, reports, and teamwork.
• Being the trusted adult students turn to for support and encouragement.
• Host dorm activities and assist in recreational activities on and off Center (e.g., dorm meetings, arts and crafts, game nights).
• Foster positive peer relationships along with leadership role modeling techniques.
• Assist in student retention by providing an interactive, comfortable living environment that helps students achieve their goals while in the program.
• Provide proactive conflict resolution and counsel students in behavior, training, personal hygiene, and study habits.
• Conduct accountability for minor students during an hourly roll call throughout the shift.

Tuesday–Saturday 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Sunday–Monday OFF

$22.21/hour

• Must be 21 years or older to apply
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; A.S. or B.A. preferred for promotional opportunities
• A minimum of one year working with youths preferred
• A valid, relatively clean driver's license preferred
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching
