Position: £13.00 - £15.00 / per hour Support Worker Childrens Support Worker - Level 3 Support Worker

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, nurturing, and reliable care to children and young people
  • Support children in their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and independence
  • Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and personal development
  • Work in partnership with families, professionals, and teams to ensure stable, child‑centred support
  • Maintain clear, accurate records in line with safeguarding and organisational standards
What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Six months’ paid UK experience supporting children or young people (essential)
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
  • Willingness to complete any additional training required (fully funded)
  • Ability to travel to various children’s services in your area
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
