Children's Residential Support Worker

The need for Support Workers has arisen due to continued growth and a commitment to providing exemplary care. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, compassionate individual who thrives in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. The role requires a passion for supporting children and young people in their daily lives. You will be provided full training and a funded NVQ Level 4 children and young people qualification which you will be able to complete whilst also learning hands‑on in the role.
Skills/Experience- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to residential childcare is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
- Commitment to personal and professional development, including willingness to undertake relevant training.
- Long days and sleep in (£50 per sleep in – up to 2 sleep ins per week).
- 2 out of 4 weekends off.
- Up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience and inclusive of sleep‑in premiums).
