Therapeutic Support Worker - Full Training Given

Do you want to make a positive difference to vulnerable children and their lives? This position is part of a local council's children’s service based in Tiverton. You will provide therapeutic support within a residential setting, working with children who have complex emotional, physical and developmental needs.

Essential requirements:

• Right to work in the UK and ability to hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in fully funded, industry‑accredited training programmes.

This role offers a fully funded training programme with progression through Level 3, 4 and 5 qualifications to management.

• Starting salary of £31,000 (£26,824 base plus £4,000 sleep ins)
