We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join a growing children's care provider with residential homes based in Crediton and Exeter
. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the homes and must be able to reliably commute to their chosen location.

• £28,000 per annum
• 40‑hour permanent contract
• £70 per sleep‑in (typically 1-2 per week)
• Realistic earnings of £31,720 including sleep‑ins
• Ongoing training and development opportunities

• Typical shifts: 7:30am – 10:00pm
• Generally working around 3 days per week
• Sleep‑in duties required as part of the role

• Support young people with daily routines, education, and activities
• Build positive and trusting relationships
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Work in partnership with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times

• Previous experience working with children and young people is desirable
• Ability to work shifts, including sleep‑ins
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Must be able to commute to either Crediton or Exeter
