Job Summary

The Formative Few are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in Southfields, seeking Nursery Practitioners (Level 3+) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Observe, assess, and track children’s development

* Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes

* Maintain accurate records and reports

* Build strong relationships with parents and carers

* Work collaboratively within a team

Candidate Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above

* Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or education setting (preferred)

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A proactive, reliable, and positive approach

* Genuine interest in child development

Working Hours
