From £12.75 per hour Sleep-In Rate: £50 per sleep-in shift About the Role We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and committed Residential Support Workers to join our client's Children's Residential Home near Mansfield. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment, helping them develop confidence, independence, and life skills while achieving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. Support daily routines, education, appointments, and activities. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Build trusting relationships with young people. Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals. Ensure the home remains a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Requirements Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
