Our client is a leader in their field and are looking for an experienced hospitality management couple to look after their venue in cheltenham. They are looking for a couple with real get up and go. You must have a proactive approach to your work and be a great people person.
Duties and responsibilities
* manage room bookings
* room cleaning and preparation duties
* ensure maximum room occupancy
* manage costs and identify sales opportunities.
* manage facilities maintenance via local trades people
Skills and experience
* exceptional people and customer service skills
* proactive and enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards
* experience of managing a hotel or accommodation for guests
* experience in opening a new venue advantageous
