Your role as Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager will be a hands‑on operator who motivates, educates and inspires guests. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment while delivering an excellent F&B experience. This position could be the next step toward an F&B Manager role, with active encouragement of internal development and progression.
