Bar Team Member - Part Time

Hourly rate and hours per week: £10.00 - £12.21 per hour / 15 - 20 hours per week

As a member of Bar Staff for us here at The Devon Hotel you will be the warm and welcoming face to greet guests arriving at Carriages Bar and Brasserie, you will be tasked with being an expert in all things drinks and customer service related and dazzle with your personality. Hospitality is about being hospitable, after all.

Not only will you be great at serving our selection of drinks and giving our customers an experience to remember, but you will also be keeping your work area clean and tidy and helping to foster new relationships with the community.

• Getting ready for the day, setting up the bars.
• Knowing what you are selling, expert knowledge in all things drink.
• Keeping the bars stocked and looking inviting to our guests.
• Being an ambassador for the hotel, giving our guests an amazing time with us!

Someone who is organised and friendly, it's not just about pouring a pint or serving a G&T. You will be a real people person and thrive off of interacting with customers and other members of the team, we are all here for the same reasons and part of that is to enjoy our role and ensure our customers know it! Of course, you also need to be presentable, diligent and able to work alone and as part of a team.
