Salary:
Up to A GBP 55,000 + bonus
- Lead and inspire the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
- Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
- Manage budgets, reports, and operational forecasts.
- Maintain strong guest satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational metrics.
