Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of pubs, the Cranberry Farm is a traditional pub with a Devon farmhouse style, built in 2017. It features a terraced garden and regular events, and aims to be a welcoming venue for all seasons.

We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the season and maybe beyond. Flexible hours that fit around your life are available for both full- and part-time options.

• This is a fixed-term role ending 30/09/26 with the potential to become permanent, depending on performance and business needs
• A pay increase to £13.45 per hour after completing 6 months’ service

• Deliver friendly, efficient bar and waiting service and create memorable moments for customers
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area
• Handle orders and assist with tastings, upselling where appropriate
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Support events and regular pub activities as needed

• A natural host who loves creating memorable moments
• Aged 18+ (you will be required to serve alcohol unsupervised)
• Well-presented, a confident communicator, and detail-oriented
• A reliable team player committed to high standards
• Passionate about providing exceptional hospitality
• Able to travel to and from the venue reliably
• Looking for an employer who values commitment and talent

Experience in bar or waiting roles—especially in a busy, food-led environment—is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
