This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

About You:- Takingthe helm when the General Manager is away, you motivate team members todeliver their best and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Creatinga warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
- Keeping awatchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
- You goabove and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service,supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peaktimes.
- You oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
- Having awealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
- A keeneye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management system sticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
- You know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
