- Repairs
- Painting/decorating
- Plumbing
- Electrical repairs
- Plastering
- Clearing drains
- Test fire alarms and emergency lights
- Some gardening and exterior work
You will also be required to read and write reports, take part in care team meetings and in training activities as directed.
Requirements- Good experience of general DIY including basic carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Ideally, two years' experience in a similar role.
