CSCS Labourer / Trainee Insulation Installer (X3)
Client: Exeter, Devon
Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: 15-06-2026
Pay Rate: £14.25 – £15.50 per hour, paid weekly
Pay Process: No umbrella company; direct pay.
Responsibilities- Assist with installation of loft insulation in residential and new‑build properties
- Load and unload materials from the company vehicle
- Travel to sites across Exeter, Devon, and Cornwall
- Prepare loft spaces for insulation work
- Follow health & safety procedures on site at all times
- Support qualified installers with tools, materials, and general labour duties
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Learn installation techniques and industry standards
- Collect materials daily from the Exeter depot
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Up to 3–6 minor points accepted
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade
- Reliable and a good team player
