The University of Exeter is seeking a full-time Semi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated team at the Streatham Campus. This role includes various responsibilities such as maintaining gutters and footpaths, supplying and installing scaffolding, and carrying out additional maintenance tasks as directed.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in structural works and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. A valid UK driving license is necessary for this position. The salary ranges from £28,029 to £30,339 based on skills and experience.
