About The Role
Semi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative
Summary of the roleJoin a small team of operatives at the Streatham Campus to deliver a high level of building maintenance. The role is full‑time, permanent and starts immediately.
Responsibilities- Gutter and gully maintenance
- Footpath maintenance
- Scaffolding tower supply and installation
- Installation of fixtures and fittings as required
- Additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Operations Structural Team Leader
- Prior experience in structural works or equivalent
- Starter/finisher mentality and methodical approach to work
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation
- Valid UK driving licence with the ability to drive vans
Reports to the Maintenance Operations Structural Team Leader and works alongside operatives in the Electrical, Mechanical & Structural Services teams.
Salary£28,029 to £30,339 on Grade C, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
