Role
R9 Recruitment are currently seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer (PAYE, Permanent) for a leading Social Housing Heating Contractor. Covers the EX & PL postcode areas.
Basic Salary and OTEBasic Salary: £40,000 per annum. On‑call: 1 in 4 weeks. OTE: £50,000+ per year.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair domestic heating system faults
- Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR)
- Deliver excellent service to tenants
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in domestic gas repairs
- Valid ACS certifications (CKR1 & HTR1)
- Full UK driving licence
- Clean DBS
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension scheme
- Company van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided
