Overview
Join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division – a new era of mobile repair.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary of £40,178, with on‑target earnings up to £52,000.

- Conduct routine servicing.
- Perform diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
- Carry out in‑depth repairs normally completed in a workshop.
- Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspection.
- Execute vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.
The role is based in the Exeter cluster, covering areas such as Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton, and Dawlish. You will work locally, following a clearly planned schedule of appointments.

- Minimum 2 years experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
