Position Overview
This full-time, on‑site Painter & Decorator role is based in the Exeter area, UK. The position requires physical presence at customer properties in domestic and social housing settings. No remote or location‑independent component is available.
Key Responsibilities- Complete all internal and external decoration work in housing environments.
- Work safely and effectively in domestic settings, collaborating closely with residents and team members.
- Maintain and follow health and safety procedures throughout all tasks.
- Preferably NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (not essential).
- Experience working within domestic or social housing environments is desirable.
- Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
- Competitive basic salary of £32,103 per year for a 39‑hour working week.
- On‑target earnings up to £36,159 with bonus, travel and fare allowance.
