Due to continued expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Dent Repair Technician to join their team at their state-of-the-art dealership in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality workmanship are highly  this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting vehicles, assessing dents and minor body damage, and carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in exceptional condition.

The Role:

* Inspect vehicles and assess dents and minor body damage
* Communicate repair progress effectively with colleagues and workshop management
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment The Candidate:
* Previous experience in dent repair, vehicle body repair, or automotive preparation
* Ability to use hand tools
* Knowledge and experience of Paintless Dent Repair techniques
