Multi Trade Operative
Exeter - 3 month contract
I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality joinery as well as additional repairs.
Multi Trade Operative duties:- Carry out high quality joinery
- Delivergoodcustomerservice
- Keepaccuraterecords
- Maintain vehicle,tools,andstocktorequiredstandards.
- Take part in the on-call out of hours rota.
- NVQLevel3/City&Guildsorequivalent
- FullUKDrivers Licence
- Strongjoineryskillsplusmulti?trade ability
- Good health&safety awareness
- Socialhousingexperiencedesirable
- Candidatesmusthaveaccesstotheirownpowertools.
