Arcus FM is seeking a Building Fabric Specialist for a mobile role across multiple client sites in the Exeter area. You will deliver high-quality repairs and planned maintenance to keep facilities safe and functional.
Role requires time-served experience in fabric trades, NVQ or equivalent, and a valid UK driving licence. You will work across sites with autonomy, using handheld IT for work management and documentation.
