Rate: PAYE - £.18.72per hour // UMB - £23.82
Assignment Length: 3 months
Temp-Perm
Driving Licence: ESSENTIAL
OverviewThe role involves carrying out high-quality Carpentry to achieve first-time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on-call, out-of-hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. Candidates MUST have access to their own power tools.
Requirements- NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Strong joinery skills
- Experience working in customer-focused, target-driven environments
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
- Good health & safety awareness
- Social housing experience desirable
