Exeter (Devon)
£50,000 - £60,000 OTE subject to qualification
We are currently recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join successful franchised dealer group across the Exeter area.

The Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Working within a modern workshop, you'll use the latest diagnostic equipment and digital technology while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer accreditation and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Perform routine maintenance including servicing, brake work, cambelt replacements, and general repairs
Complete electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) accurately
Maintain digital job cards and complete all associated documentation
Ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest quality standards
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
About You
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Service Technician or Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and warranty repairs
MOT Tester licence desirable, but not essential (training available)
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Positive team player with excellent communication skills
Keen to develop through ongoing manufacturer training and accreditation
