Receptionist

£28,089.10 plus approximately £4,000.00 in tronc per year
HoursFull time
RelationshipsReservations team, Front of House team, Sales & Events team
What You’ll Be Doing- Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts
- Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Handling all external and internal calls in the correct manner, ensuring that guest requests are met
- Handling guest reservations and booking to the correct standard
- Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times
- Efficient, driven and highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Well‑developed communication skills
- The ability to work as an effective team
- Always presented to a high standard
- Knowledge of hotel reservations systems
