We are looking for a Day Porter tojoin our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and willconsistently perform to the highest level ensuring all Lympstone Manorstandards are met, they will work as a team to provide the very best possiblelevels of customer service providing the guest with an unforgettable stay.

Proven experience in the industry and similarhotels desirable.

• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing a concierge service to guests on request
• Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
• Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking,cleaning and polishing of cars
• Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage,shoe polishing and laundry services
