We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Net Suite and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. This role works closely with the accounting team to support month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and tax filings
• Utilize Net Suite for transaction processing, reporting, and account analysis
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite (required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or SaaS environments
• Public accounting experience
• CPA or CPA‑eligible

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
