Participate in the month-end and year-end close process.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and strengthen controls
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate manual processes
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting experience and/or corporate accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
