Position Title: Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing accounts payable and supporting various accounting functions within a family-owned company with a global reach. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex billing processes, particularly in service-related industries. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing transition of the accounting system, providing input on workflows and processes. • Reconcile travel expenses and credit card reports
• Post accounts receivable transactions
• Manage payment status and accounts payable on a weekly cycle
• Process 80-100 invoices weekly
• Utilize Excel for reporting and manage exchange rates for international vendors
• Support month-end close and additional finance projects

• Three years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable and reconciliations
• Experience with service-related vendors, particularly in manufacturing or construction
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
