Audit Manager

Ricoh is seeking an experienced Manager I, Audit to oversee global audit, SOX compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls activities across North America and international operations.

The candidate must reside in Exton, Pennsylvania, or at least near the city.

• Lead SOX 404, financial, operational, and integrated audits using a risk-based approach.
• Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions to improve business processes.
• Partner with senior leadership on governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Lead audit teams, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to audit standards and methodology.
• Drive the use of data analytics and Power BI to enhance audit effectiveness and provide business insights.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to executive management.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred (e.g., MBA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CCSA).
• Fluency in a foreign language required;
  Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive auditing experience, including financial, operational, and integrated audits.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO, and SOX 404; IFRS and J-SOX preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, data analytics, and global audit environments.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
