The Branch Executive Assistant assists the Executive Director, the Advisory Board Chair and assigned branch staff by providing high-level administrative support.

- Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Maintains highly confidential executive and Board files and correspondence.
- Produces and maintains minutes for meetings of the Advisory Board of Directors and other committees and standing meetings as required.
- Coordinates arrangements for meetings of various committees, task forces, public officials and groups.
- Maintains computer databases for various reports, committees and mailings.
- Coordinates annual schedules for Advisory Board of Directors and management meetings.
- Maintains organizational chart(s).
- Coordinates staff business cards, stationery orders and office supplies for business/administrative offices.
- Provides support for the Annual Campaign at the direction of the branch executive director.
- Ensures donor stewardship plan is executed upon in conjunction with the branch executive director.
- Ensures Raiser’s Edge SOPs are followed at the branch for all donors, prospects and partners.
- Ensures bank deposits are completed in accordance with association SOPs.
- Gathers data, compiles and prepares all national statistical and assigned strategic plan reports.
- Plans, organizes and participates in special events based on branch needs.
- Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience with enhanced knowledge of office processes and procedures
- Proficient in all standard business software
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations
- Ability to work with integrity, discretion and a professional approach
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
