C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience.

• Team Leader.
• Responsible for shop goals.
• Shop Morale.
• Greet clients and maintain showroom.
• Schedule appointments.
• Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
• Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
• Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
• Review digital inspections.

• Automotive Experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid drivers license.
• Sales Experience.
• Organized.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Manage client experience from beginning to end.
