Job Summary- As a member of the HR Total Rewards Benefits team, this position has primary responsibility for the administration of the U.S Retirement programs (401(k), Non-Qualified Plans) as well as day-to-day operations of the plans.
- Additional responsibilities may include program reviews and employee education, training and assistance.
- Provide support and counseling for retirement plans for all employees and retirees.
- Processing of interface files and invoices with third party vendors.
- Liaison for the 401(k) and NQP vendor, outside auditors, consultants and legal counsel.
- Streamline and identify current process for continuous improvement.
- Assist with government filings including 5500s, plan audits, non-discrimination testing and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
- Work in tandem with the Communications Department and retirement vendor in developing benefit plan employee education and communication materials, including maintenance of program information for employee access.
- Serve as liaison with the payroll department, insurance carriers and service providers.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of work related experience
- Pension and Health & Welfare experience a plus.

- Retirement plans / service delivery experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to work independently and also be a strong team player
- Strong attention to detail; excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, Kronos and SAP
- SHRM, CEBS, or other designation a plus
