Role
Channel Operations Analyst I responsible for processing chargeback transactions, ensuring payment accuracy, and reconciling open deductions.
ResponsibilitiesIdentifying ineligible chargebacks, collaborating with wholesalers for dispute resolution, managing contract setup, conducting trending and variance analysis for compliance and payment accuracy across specialty pharmacies, GPOs, VA, and 340B programs, and supporting government pricing, finance, and management teams with data analysis.
The role also involves managing email inquiries related to chargebacks and membership eligibility, and supporting collection efforts.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years), strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
PreferredHealthcare industry knowledge, experience with Flex and/or SAP systems.
High-ValueFocus on pharmaceutical rebate and chargeback processes, supporting specialty pharmacy and government programs, within a hybrid work environment at Exton, PA.
