Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Project Manager in the construction department will oversee property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and teams to drive project success. Client Details A well-established Mid-Atlantic construction management and general contracting firm specializing in complex healthcare, life science, higher education, corporate, and infrastructure projects.

Since 1988, the company has built a reputation for delivering technically demanding projects through expert preconstruction planning, construction management, and design-build services across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Description Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for smooth project execution. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address project needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
