Description Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for smooth project execution. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address project needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
