Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects throughout the Exton, PA area. This role will be responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, maintaining project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all onsite construction operations from project startup through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively addressing potential delays. Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards. Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain project documentation.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field operations with project goals. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning. Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project activities. Resolve field issues and communicate solutions effectively with project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory requirements. Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and final inspections. Profile A successful Building and Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.

Proven experience managing projects from groundbreaking to closeout. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
