Job Summary
- Duties include providing interactive and well-rounded training, observing players approaches and outlining corrective techniques, and endeavoring to minimize preventable injuries. Head coaches will schedule and spearhead practices, outline all rules and accompanying expectations, bolster teamwork and camaraderie, model commendable sportsmanship, and encourage safe sporting practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements
- Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment
- Must meet DASD procedures for transporting students (including motor vehicle record check; please see attached documents for more information
