School-Based Behavioral Health Support Staff
Make a difference every school day! CCRES is seeking caring, dependable individuals to support students with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and personal care needs in local school settings.
As a school-based behavioral health support staff (PCA, BHT, RBT), you will work one-on-one or with small groups of students to help them participate in classroom activities, build positive relationships, manage behaviors, and achieve academic, social, and emotional success.
Schedule- Work during the regular school calendar year on student attendance days
- Full-time, daytime hours
- Typical secondary schedule: approximately 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Typical elementary schedule: approximately 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Specific hours vary by school and assignment and student's arrival and dismissal plan

- Provide individualized and small-group support to students with disabilities.
- Help students participate in classroom activities and access their educational environment.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
- Follow strategies outlined in each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Positive Behavior Support Plan.
- Assist with behavior management, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions.
- Collect daily data and complete accurate progress notes.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, behavioral health teams, and other school personnel.
