SAP Production Planning Solutions Architect Local to Exton PA

Job Title — SAP Production Planning Solutions Architect

Location — Exton, PA (Hybrid)

Duration — 12 months

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Production Planning (PP) with strong functional and technical understanding of related modules (QM, MM, EWM)
• Experience delivering integrated SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions across Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and shop-floor interfaces (MES)
• Up-to-date knowledge of current S/4
  
  HANA releases and functionality
• Ability to manage people, distribute work, evaluate performance, and support team development
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching technical team members
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience supporting change control, system lifecycle documentation, SOPs/SOIs, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GMP)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in English
• Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual environment
• Willingness to travel locally

• Experience actively participating in or leading S/4
  
  HANA Production and Quality implementation projects
• Familiarity with Lean Sigma methodologies or continuous improvement programs
• Experience working within regulated environments requiring adherence to quality, safety, and documentation standards
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes related to process efficiency, quality, or system optimization
