We design, manufacture, service, and support a complete line of packaging machinery including filling, bagging, check‑weighing, labeling, bottle unscrambling, and capping equipment. Our solutions support customers across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, personal care, nutraceutical, household, and industrial markets.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Field Service Engineer who is eager to learn and support multiple areas of our business. This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, focused on installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining packaging equipment at customer sites.
The ideal candidate is technically curious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable traveling approximately 50% of the time to support customers nationwide. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of packaging technologies and grow within a well‑established organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on‑site field service support for All‑Fill packaging equipment, including:
- Filling systems
- VFFS bagging systems
- Checkweighers
- Labeling systems
- Bottle unscramble rs
- Capping equipment
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required (approximately 50% travel).
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer facilities.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.
- Train customers in proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Document service activities and communicate findings with internal teams.
- Technical experience in field service, packaging equipment, automation, or industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Ability to work independently in customer environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air and car.
- Experience with packaging or processing equipment.
- Exposure to VFFS systems, fillers, conveyors, or labeling equipment.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- OEM or customer‑facing service experience.
- HS Diploma/Associate's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 10 years field service experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 5 years field service experience.
