MEP Project Manager passionate about electrical construction to oversee all responsibilities for assigned projects including but not limited to the electrical shutdown coordination and management of day-to-day electrical operations of projects.
Duties include tracking progress of electrical infrastructure work, identifying schedule issues and opportunities for improvement, taking the lead on developing A3s, managing field inspections, supporting monthly invoicing and reporting, and maintaining good communications with Sr. Project Managers on all projects.
- BA/BS in related field and 5-10 years’ electrical construction experience
- Experience in Technical facility construction with a focus on Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech and or Higher Education preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Ability to handle conflicts
- Must be self-motivated and committed to the highest level of professional development
