Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISPATCHER position.

Location:

Philadelphia CRS - 150 Gordon Drive, Exton, PA 19341.

Note:

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.

Requirement:
Dispatcher experience required.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

• Coordinate and monitor dispatcher activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Direct the activity of transport staff, monitor availability and completion of tasks, and follow up on service and operations issues.
• Ensure requests are addressed efficiently and in accordance with departmental standards and patient appointments where applicable.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and transport teams; assign and manage pagers and sign-in/out procedures.
• Promote positive customer service relationships and ensure accurate, timely dispatch of transport requests.
• Resolve problems related to patients, visitors, staff, or transportation issues; recommend solutions for recurring issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
