Division Controller

LHH is conducting a search for a hands-on Division Controller. The role is with a growing $100M division of an international Manufacturing company. This role offers a ton of flexibility and growth potential to the right candidate. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity in Exton, PA

This position would oversee the accounting and finance functions at a key manufacturing facility and would supervise 2 employees directly + 2 overseas

This is one of the most important positions in the company as you will oversee costing functions for a $100M division. This is a blended role with accounting and finance (budgeting, forecasting, etc.). You will be responsible for oversight of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw material, creation of polices and procedures, developing production schedules, and analyzing the bottom line.

Integrity, excellent organizational skills, and communication skills are just some of the core focuses of the role.

Experience with Cost Accounting and Inventory Management is required. Strong supervisory experience is required.

You possess:

• At least 7+ years relevant, stable accounting/ financial experience
• Experience in manufacturing, including experience with cost accounting is required
• Strong supervisory experience is required
• CPA or CMA a plus
• Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• In depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including financial statement prep
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with Excel
