Project Control Analyst

The Project Control Analyst supports and interacts with other colleagues within Bentley's Advancements Teams, in relation to project data. This support is also extended to Sales colleagues, Directors, and Executives in some cases. Responsibilities include reviewing, releasing, and administering project data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and authenticity. The role also involves participating in monthly project review meetings, creating and tracking purchase requests, coordinating financials for every PS engagement, processing revenue recognition monthly, generating invoice drafts, and monitoring quote accepted activities.

Day to day communication and interaction with supported PS colleagues is also required.

This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid in Exton, PA. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions. This role does not require travel.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent working experience. 2+ years of administration experience in project administration and/or finance. Knowledge and demonstrable experience with principles and processes related to project data capture and processing. Knowledge and/or experience in revenue recognition. Excellent English language skills (written and verbal). Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Experience in managing small projects.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Should be familiar with other Microsoft programs including PowerPoint and Access. Must be a self-starter and ability to work well under pressure. Must be a Team Player.
