The Intern, Strategic Finance & Business Performance Data will work within the Performance Data team, supporting the Americas BU finance leadership, generally, with data and insightful analysis that will drive decision making. This position will be part of a focused-on data development and thoughtful, accurate, and timely reporting to leaders.

• Data Support and Analysis
  :
  Assist in the collection, integration, and analysis of financial and business performance data from various sources. Support the team in preparing reports that highlight key performance indicators and business insights.

• Data Integrity and Controls
  :
  Excellent attention to detail and meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs. Implement controls to ensure data privacy.
• Financial Reporting
  :
  Help prepare financial reports and presentations for Strategic Finance & Business Performance team, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication. Assist in the development of commentary explaining financial results.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Assistance: Support the budgeting process by gathering necessary data and assisting in the development of financial forecasts.
• Performance Tracking
  :
  Monitor and track business performance metrics, assisting in the identification of trends and variances, and developing opportunities for future data enhancements.

You will report to Head of Finance, Large Commercial & Hartford Professional.
